Hello everyone, today I’ll show you how to prepare, SPAGHETTI aglio,olio and peperoncino, one of the most traditional Italian dish that exist, super easy and rich of flavour, prepared with just a couples of ingredients.

Haw to prepare SPAGHETTI AGLIO, OLIO AND PEPERONCINO

INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PERSON

– Spaghetti 180g
– Garlic 2 cloves (1 per person)
– Fresh parsley 30g
– Extra virgin olive oil
– Rock sea salt
– Fresh chilli (or flakes of dry chilli)

METHOD

1- First, dip the spaghetti to cook in boiling salted water, let them cook, check the label of the spaghetti you have, try to drain them from the water

2 – minutes before so they will be AL DENTE (VERY IMPORTANT) , so you can finish to cooking the spaghetti inside the sauce to flavour them.

3 – In the meantime, you can start preparing the rest of the ingredients, gently crush the garlic with a knife and leave it in the shirt to retain the acidity and thus avoid the garlic from burning. ( or if you wanna you can cut the garlic finely chopped, just use a garlic press).

4 – Now cut the parsley finely chopped, make sure you not waste nothing ( cut the stems of the parsley aswell, they are rich of flavour.)

5 – Place your no stick-pan on the stove, MIDIUM HEAT, put 5-6 tablespoons of Extra virgin olive oil, bring to a temperature and add the garlic, mix gently with a wooden spoon, and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes after sprinkle with fresh parsley, and add in the pan a ladle of the pasta water ( It will help you to make a nice and creamy sauce, and let it cook for around 1 min ( small trick for you).

6 – Onece the spaghetti are ready just transfer them to the sauce, increase the temperature of your stove, to a (HIGH HEAT) and add a small amount of pasta water, mix, and add the fresh parsley, leave them to love each other, until all the ingredients becomes together and WOLA’.
