Biodynamic: Manincor Estate – The History of Biodynamic in Italy.
A Short Video on Manincor, an Estate which represent the history of Biodynamic philosophy in Italy.
Manincor is located in Caldaro, on the “Strada del Vino” right above Lake Caldaro. We are just in the South of Bolzano city in AltoAdige in a very vocated area for wines. in fact around there there are very famouse places for vineyards and imortant wineries, Termeno #tramin, Appiano, Egna, Ora and few others.
Manincor was one of the first Estate to start a 100% Biodynamic managment of both vineyards and cellar. It’s been quite long time already since they decided to start this way to think about viticulture and wines.
Half of the properties are around the old cellar, “il vecchio Maso” which was buit in the 17th Century.
In this short video we can see some images of the vineyards, cellar, soil, herbal tea treatments for the vineyards.
Very short video but a clear picture of what Manincor is.
