Hello Family. In today’s video, I’m going to show you how I prepared this Italian meatloaf. I used 1lbs pork Italian sausage and approx 1lb. of ground beef. I mixed in onions & peppers and used crushed saltines as a binder. I used Adobe without pepper seasonings to season the meats. Lastly, I topped the loaf with Weber garlic and herbs seasoning. OH MY GOODNESS FAMILY IT IS SOOOOOO GOOD. Please try it and let me know how you like the blended seasonings. How do you cook your meatloaf?
