Visited Leonardi Prosciuttificio, a famous salumificio in the hills of Modena Sud. They’ve been making high quality products for 30 years. Products have been processed traditionally, which makes them one of the top Prosciuttificio across the globe. In the Philippines, one of my family members distribute Leonardi products, from restaurants, to hotels, to resorts, which is an amazing thing!
