On Tuesday, Oregon Gov. Kate Brown announced all counties in the extreme risk category would once again return to high risk beginning Friday. Brown said the change came because hospitalization rates had stabilized.
For restaurants in impacted counties, the change means they can once again serve customers indoors at 25% capacity, after going a week without that option.
