Buonasera… good evening. This video is how Guido was taught to prepare fresh artichokes for pasta ai carciofi. As you might have seen last episode, we picked homegrown artichokes from our vegetable garden on the farm and I wanted to share with you the relaxing feeling of being in Tuscany, overlooking the vineyards as the sun sets, listening to soft music and slowly peeling organic vegetables.
