From the heart of Roero, a family with over four centuries of history: it was in
the 17 th century that the Rabino settled in the hills of Canale, where they
continue to produce wines with special attention to environmental sustainability.
For example, the system for collecting and micro-filtering the rainwater supplies
their Fassone cattle herd with drinking water; this is the heart of the second
branch of the business – raising cattle that in their turn supply natural fertilizer
for the vineyards. It is a virtuous production cycle, testifying to the company’s
commitment towards nature and the land.
