The @MonchieroCarbone company has ancient roots, dating back over a
century, but it was in the 1980s that it reached full consecration under the
management of Marco, father of the family and son, Francesco, current
president of the Consorzio di Tutela Roero.
The wines of Monchiero Carbone possess a unique style, thanks to the special
care given to the environment and the land, and to combining respect for
tradition with the wish to bring innovation, as we can see in the new premises
for experimenting and refining Roero DCG Bianco.
Their motto is “Ogni uss a l’ha so tambuss” or “Every door has its knocker” – an
invitation for wine enthusiasts to knock on the door of the Monchiero Carbone
winery to discover for themselves that style and unique quality.
