Serves 2 (4 wraps):

Ingredients:
8 sheets of carasau bread
150g of young pecorino cheese
4 slices of wild boar prosciutto
shaved semi-matured pecorino cheese (to taste)
truffle oil (to taste)

Method:
Pre-heat the oven at 180 °
Carefully soak the bread in water
Slightly overlap 2 sheets of the bread
Grate 40g of the young pecorino cheese (on half lenghts of the bread)
Lay1 slice of wild boar prosciutto on each wrap
Drizzle some truffle oil (to taste)
Roll the wraps
Cook for 20 minutes, turn halfway through
Add the semi matured shaved pecorino cheese and truffle oil (to taste)
