Graham learns the ancient art of wine making from master craftsmen in Northern Italy.

In Part 4 we witness the final part of the wine making process. Graham explains the process of pressing the grape skins to get the the last remnants of their juices into the wine are pumped into the wine tanks.

Once the last of the juice has been extracted, the dry skins are moved to another vat where they sit and ferment over an extended period of time eventually producing Grappa.
