Near the Colli Esini, rolling hills made famous by the Verdicchio DOC wine production, Villa del Monte is a luxury retreat of peace and tranquility. Recently renovated, it features two apartments with four rooms furnished with taste and finely designed for a holiday in close contact with nature. Just put a foot on the grass of the large outdoor park, where there are two swimming pools, to realize the beauty of the surrounding landscape.
The structure is located in a village built in 1220 when some feudal lords of the place submitted to the Municipality of Rocca Contrada, today’s Arcevia.
The recent restoration, carried out following the criteria of bio-construction and therefore the use of old kicks for walls and non-polluting paints in the treatment of beams, has given it a new character that really allows its guests to breathe a very special air thanks also to the colors and furnishings that were chosen not by chance to create a perfect synthesis with the territory.
The villa is part of a property of about 7 hectares and has a capacity of accommodation for up to 20 people. Two large lounges and a sun-kissed patio offer guests the opportunity to have breakfast outside but also to relax and read in the tranquility of Le Marche hills.
