As one of the oldest wine families in Trentino, the Endrici family has been making wines at the foot of the Dolomites since 1885. Today, Paolo and Christine Endrici run the family property with their two children, Lisa Marie and Daniele. In 2000, the family expanded their wine production to Tuscany, where they add a touch of Trentino’s freshness.
The Endrici family has always worked to ensure that progressiveness and tradition go hand in hand. Environmental sustainability has influenced the philosophy of production for years because it is the family’s firm belief that wine must result from a series of actions in which elements foreign to grapes are reduced to a minimum. Wine must result from the cultivation of a living soil that can transfer minerals and nutrients to the grapes and the wine.
