Sorry, this one is late, the day job is KILLING me and I am falling behind lol. Anyway, I know you don’t want to hear about any of that lol. Thankfully today is a quick and simple recipe that everyone should know how to make. We are making a simple yet Classic Italian Bruschetta. This Italian appetizer is truly a classic almost everyone has had at some point and is an easy winner in any situation. Makes: 12 Servings
Topping:
6 Roma Tomatoes, Diced, and Drained
1/3 Cup Fresh Basil, Chopped
5 Garlic Cloves, Minced & Divided
1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Toast:
1 Baguette, Sliced
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
