For about 48 one ounce meatballs you will need,
3 pounds of quality hamburger
2 large eggs
1 cup of Italian bread crumbs
optional;
1 tablespoon of chopped/crushes garlic
2 tablespoons chopped parley, (Italian parsley preferred)
1/4 cup dessert wine like Marsala or Sherry
Mix well, roll into 1 ounce balls and bake for 20-30 minutes
Can be frozen for future use.
