Let’s kick things off this week talking about some of the great restaurants in our area. My favorite spot for family style Italian dining is Carmine’s located at Tropicana’s The Quarter. Download their carmines and virgils app and enjoy all kinds of savings and perks. Plus they have dine in, take out, curbside pickup, delivery, catering and much more. And if a gastropub is more your style, then stay on property and head to Chelsea Five, it’s also on my list of faves, with their eclectic dining panoramic ocean views.
Head over to Caesars because the best place to dine with views of the boardwalk and ocean is Nero’s, and guess what they are now open for dinner Thursday – Saturday. Check out their new menu and make sure to tell Betty that Whitney sent you!
On the North Beach end of the city Kuro at Hard Rock is one of my fave’s and so is Villain and Saint at Ocean Casino Resort
If you’re staying on the bayside of town then Martoranos or Gordon Ramsay Steak at Harrah’s Resort is the way to go!
Off property grab some dinner or perhaps a nice brunch at Rhythm & Spirits or head offshore to THE BEST lox in town at Water Dog Smoke House. I suggest getting the Short Hills Bagel Sandwich.
Don’t forget that there’s live music at the Steel Pier Pub located on the boardwalk every Friday and Saturday. And over at Bourre on Saturday catch the Eddie Testa Band starting at 8:30pm.
