Ingredients:
1 pack mussels
1 onion sliced
5 cloves garlic crushed
1 tbsp. grated ginger
2 chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. roasted garlic and pepper
1 tsp. black pepper powder
1/2 tsp.salt
2 tbsp. cooking wine
2 tbsp. fish sauce
a bunch of kale (remove the stalk and washed)
