In the kitchen we cook chicken with a creamy cherry tomato chicken tarragon sauce. My cousin in Denver Colorado told me to take a picture of the chicken and vegetables I was going to cook, but I felt like a video exploration of our kitchen would be more fun. This was my first time cooking with tarragon. I found the taste subtle and fresh. Perhaps adding tarragon at the end could give it a stronger flavor. Tarragon is popular in French cuisine, but before this, I had not seen it in Moroccan cuisine It is the eve of Ramadan and we could only find vegetable cooking cream in lieu of full fat dairy cream. This Italian vegetable cream gave a nice consistency and thickness to the cherry tomato sauce. I debate on fasting for Ramadan.
