Don’t swirl your bubbles, just pour and let the fizz fizzle a bit before taking a whiff. Here we get an explosive nose with aromas of pear, apple, yeast and most notably, passionfruit. A bright sip with medium-fine bubbles and great balance. Subtle hints of raspberry with lemon zing.
Blanc de Noir. A white from black. A French term used to describe sparkling wines that are made from dark-skinned grapes only. However, they are made from the juice only, hence the white wine appearance. In this case, we have a 100% Pinot Noir sparkling wine made with the traditional method. It’s truly one of Israel’s best wines yet!
