You’ll love those Grissini, hmmm 😋

I got inspired to make those from my multiple trips to Italy.
Every time you sit in a restaurant in Italy there are those bread sticks (named Grissini) in the middle of the table ready for you to eat while patiently waiting for your delicious meal.

I made them at home and they are so tasty. Have them with a delicious glass of wine or a Prosecco and your life will change 😉

Ingredients:
– 380g all purpose flour
– 1 tsp dry yeast
– 195ml warm water
– 60ml olive oil
– 30g melted butter
– pinch of salt
– sesame seeds and olive oil for brushing

Instructions:
In a large bowl add the flour and the yeast and whisk. Add the oil, the water and the melted butter and start creating a dough using your hand. In the process add a pinch of salt and work the dough again.
Cover the bowl with clear film. And let it rise for 1 hour. Punch the dough and create small pieces of about 25-30g each (I made 25 using a scale).

Roll those pieces with the desired shape and place on a baking tray. Brush some olive oil on top and sprinkle sesame seeds.
In the oven at 190* for 22-25 minutes.

Pour yourself a delicious glass of wine.
