Ever fancied having your own private Chef guide you through how to make your own authentic Italian meal? Our Chef will take charge of the kitchen and provide step-by-step tuition on exactly how to make your very own pasta, topped with tomato sauce – from scratch!
Regardless of your culinary experience and capabilities, the dish can be created from a minimal amount of staple ingredients and also utensils, allowing anyone to make this simple but delicious pasta dish. The finished plates of food can be enjoyed as lunch or dinner, as a team which gives a great sense of achievement.
How it works?
Hosted via video conference and lead by one of our charismatic Chefs , you and your team will join the session and have the opportunity to make a delicious Italian Pasta dish from a combination of different ingredients that you’ll likely already have in the kitchen cupboard.
Guests will have the opportunity of mixing their pasta flour and eggs to create a nice malleable dough before rolling it flat with a rolling pin or wine bottle before cutting out their pasta shapes with a sharp knife. Whilst the Pasta is on the boil it is time to make the tomato sauce by combining the Italian Mixed Herbs, Onion, Chopped Tomatos and Garlic. The final flair is added in the form of grated Parmesan cheese and fresh Basil.

● We provide the Zoom video platform, but we can run it on your preferred platform also
● A live Chef who introduces and leads the activity

● A computer – for the video conferencing
● Access to a hob and saucepan (no specialist equipment is required)

Hybrid & Live – Covid safe solutions
This activity can be delivered as a hybrid (delegates in the office and some at home) and live activity (everyone in the same place together.
We run them in exactly the same way as we do the virtual version.
