The winery, which is officially called Cantina Negrar, makes many different wines. Domini Veneti is the name in the vernacular. The vineyard has fields in all municipalities and makes both conventionally grown, environmentally friendly and 100% organic wine.
The one series, La Scuola nel Vigneto (The School in the Vineyard), is their series where they grow environmentally friendly and are on their way to being certified organic. La Scuola nel Vigneto is also a social pedagogical project run by Cantina Negrar and Domini Veneti. The project works with teaching and knowledge about winemaking traditions in Valpolicella with historical and natural historical aspects, awareness of the environment and the value of creativity, solidarity and sustainability.
