My Favorite Italian Sandwich
This is our favorite recipe for an Italian Sandwich.
We understand that there are many versions and each person has their own way of making an Italian Sub.

Large sub roll
Ham
Capicola
Genoa Salami
Provolone Cheese
Vine Ripe Tomatoes
Banana Peppers
Shredded Lettuce
Shaved Red Onion
Vinaigrette
Dried Basil and Oregano
Olive Oil
Red Wine Vinegar
Salt and Pepper

I prefer soaking the roll in the vinaigrette, if you eat it quickly, this is the best way. The roll may get soggy if you plan to assemble and eat at a later time.
