“Pasta al “gratte’” is one of the traditional Neapolitan dishes on Sunday, it is a simple, delicious and nutritious recipe, it can be prepared in advance and then baked half an hour before sitting at the table. It will make everyone young and old happy.

Ingredients list: (for 4 persons)

320g (0,70lbs) (11,3oz) short pasta shape
100g (3,5oz) (5/8 cup) cooked ham
150g (5,3oz) (3/4 cup) mozzarella
150g (5,3oz) (3/4 cup) provola cheese
100g (3,5oz) (1 1/4 cup) grated parmigiano
30g (1oz) (1/5 cup) breadcrumbs
Salt

For the bechamel sauce:

400ml (14floz) milk
40g (1,4oz) (3 tbsps) butter
40g (1,4oz) (1/3cup) flour
Salt
Nutmeg

Preheated ventilated oven 180C/356F 20min + grill for further 5 min
