…Literally. I created this recipe a long time ago, when lockdown wasn’t even a movie script! I can’t believe how much I miss the simple act of sharing coffee and cookies with friends around my kitchen table. Now we can see friends in our gardens and outside once more in the UK, I’m excited to whip up a batch of these. Crunchy on the outside, soft within – they’re perfect with coffee. ☕️
