Risotto (/rɪˈzɒtoʊ/, Italian: [riˈzɔtto], from riso meaning “rice”)is a northern Italian rice dish cooked with broth until it reaches a creamy consistency. The broth can be derived from meat, fish, or vegetables. Many types of risotto contain butter, onion, white wine, and parmesan cheese. It is one of the most common ways of cooking rice in Italy. 

Recipe ingredients:

Red Rimalayan Rice – 1cup
Mushrooms – 100gms
Oil – 2tbs
Butter – 2tbs
Oregano – 1tsp
Onion – 1small size
Garlic – 6-7 nos
Plum wine – 60ml
Salt – According to taste
Cheese – 20gms
Vegetables stalk – 700ml
