Italians have been an integral part of Tampa/Ybor City growth since its earliest days. Drawn at first by the available work in “Cigar City”, they brought their families, their culture, and thankfully their food. Today, Florida is one of the few US states with concentrated Italian-American populations, and Tampa has greatly benefited from their multigenerational influence. On this food and history experience, Kimberly will help us understand the Italian roots of Tampa, and why the city is as much a destination for Italian cuisine as it is for beaches, blue water, and good living. Pour a glass of vino, whip up some pasta, and join us for some delicious bites baked into the fascinating history. Mangia!

People have been asking what equipment I’m using for these live streams.
Phone:
I’m using either an iPhone XR or iPhone 12Pro for all these live streams, and the video here is on the iPhone 12Pro.
Gimbal:
I’ve been using the DJI Osmo 3 gimbal. It’s held up pretty well, and comes with a small tripod:
The newer model, DJI Osmo 4, is well recommended, but I’ve not tested it:
So, for filming someone else you could get the same transmitter/receiver I’ve been using:. It feels a little bit overkill some times, but it really is pretty neat.
Rode Wireless GO
And this mic, the Rode Lavaliere GO
And this cable:
The Rode SC7 3.5mm TRS to TRRS
You’ll also need a lightening connector to connect your phone to the audio, but that depends on an iPhone or Android.
For iPhone, I like the hard body rather than a cable, and use this:
If you want to be self-streaming, you still need the gimbal and the lightening connector, but you can ditch the Rode Wireless GO.
You’ll want this Rode mic instead of the one listed above:
