1lb / 500g Dried Spaghetti
500g Ground Beef
350ml Tomato Passata
125ml Beef Stock
125ml Red Wine
75g Smoked Bacon, finely diced
50g Sun Dried Tomatoes, finely diced
10g Freshly Grated Parmesan, plus extra to serve (see notes)
1 tbsp Tomato Puree (Tomato Paste in US)
2 cloves Garlic, finely diced
1 large White Onion, finely diced
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Olive Oil, as needed
