We love Gavi! This one’s cold-pressed, so super fresh. Scents of stone fruits and lemon zest with just a little smokiness. Firm and lively with a steely acidity and freshness leading to a lingering finish. Thirst-quenching.
Goes well with: Oily fish and white risottos.
