~Please subscribe~ Hey guys, here is a new cooking video for my delicious Creamy Italian Chicken in the Crock Pot. I love this dish and I hope you will too!
INGREDIENTS: Serves 4
6 boneless skinless chicken thighs (can use breasts if desired)
1 can Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Packet Italian Seasoning
1 bag mixed frozen vegetables
1/2 cup half & half or whole milk
Canola or Olive Oil for searing the meat
METHOD:
Heat large pan with oil coating the bottom. Make sure pan is hot then salt & pepper the chicken & pan fry for 2 mins on each side until they are golden brown. In the crockpot add the Cream of chicken soup, Italian Seasoning, & 1/2 cup half & half. Stir well to combine. Place the seared chicken on top & cover & cook on low for 4 hours. Add bag of froze/thawed veggies and cook for 1 additional hour. Serve over pasta, rice, or potatoes. Enjoy!
