Cacciatore means “hunter” in Italian. In cuisine, alla cacciatora refers to a meal prepared “hunter style” with onions, herbs and tomatoes. The deep, rich flavors these ingredients bring out the best in each other. Staying true to my Italian roots, Chicken Cacciatore is one of my favorites to cook and eat. It feed the family with plenty for leftovers. I hope you enjoy this dish as much as my family does!
