How to make an Italian Omelette (Frittata) without breaking it

Ingredients:
4 eggs
tablespoon of spinach boiled and cut
salt

Boiled the veggies:
You can choose whatever vegetables you want, just make sure you boiled them first, with a pinch of salt, then cut them into mini pieces, eliminate the excess water and add a full tablespoon into the eggs mixture.

Beat the eggs
Put 4 eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt and whisk everything with a fork, when you have a homogeneous mixture you can add the veggies you have just cut and mix everything energetically to spread the vegetable well in the compound.

Cooking
Oil a non-stick pan making sure that you distribute the oil uniformly with a paper towel.
Pour the mixture in and fried with the lid on at medium heat until you can see that solidifies a bit.
Turn the omelette using the lid by letting it fall on it and put it back in the pot with a spatula, do this about two times and then your omelette is ready to be eaten.
Perfect, intact and yummy.
