Zuppa Toscana or literally means “Tuscan soup” referring to Tuscany, a region of Italy.
This soup is popularized by Olive Garden, a famous Italian restaurant in North and South America. This dish is so good that a lot of people (including myself) once tasted it, can’t get enough of it! I first had this soup in Seattle. And since then I’ve been craving for it whenever cold months come.
But no worries! It is very easy to make 🙂 In fact, if you try to look online, there is a ton of recipes on how to make this signature soup. This version is from my mother-in-law’s recipe. I am sure you can also make your own zuppa toscana at home especially if you cannot go to Olive Garden now that most restaurants are closed due to pandemic. 🙁
