Batida de coco (homemade):
INGREDIENTS FOR 24 CM DIAMETER BAKING SHEET
All-purpose flour: 300 g
Batida de coco: 400 ml (or coconut milk)
Sunflower oil: 100ml (or 140g of butter or margarine)
Sugar: 90 g
Baking powder: 10 g (2 tsp)
Vanilla extract: 1 tablespoon
Optional: 1 pinch salt
Mix all the ingredients except the baking powder
Add the baking powder and mix well for a moment more
Pour the dough onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or greased and floured
Bake at 190-200 degrees for about 45 minutes
Sprinkle with powdered sugar
