Barbeque Nation IPO – Casual dining chain company promoted by Sayaji Hotels. Company also operates Toscano restaurant and UBQ. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala and Jubilant food works have close to 11% stake in the restaurant chain separately.
453 Crore IPO, 180 Crore New issue of Share and 257 Crore offer for sale from promoters. To be used for opening new restaurants and repayment of debt.
Opening on 24th March to 26th March 2021
IPO price is 498 to 500 per share
Lot size of 30 shares and in multiple of 30 shares thereof for face value of Rs 5.
Company owns 147 restaurants in India and 7 outside India, mainly UAE, Malaysia and Dubai. Also operates 11 Italian Restaurants in India.
