As Soup As Possible goes to Bra, in Piedmont, Northern Italy, home to Slow Food International. In the nearby Pollenzo, in a former royal residence, the movement has inspired the foundation of the University of Gastronomic Sciences (UNISG) and the Wine Bank, both based on the principles of sustainability, fairness and taste.
In the same historical complex, the four star hotel Albergo dell’Agenzia serves traditional local dishes, in line with the Slow Food philosophy.
