Ham & Bean Soup Recipe:
Ingredients:
Ham bone/ham
1 pound dry navy beans
1 stock of celery
1 bag baby carrots
1 onion (chopped0
A dash of pepper
Directions:
Place left over ham/ham bone in pot and submerge with water. In a separate bowl soak navy beans in water. Boil ham/ham bone and add celery (halves), baby carrots, and chopped onion. Boil on medium about 2-3 hours. Then remove ham bone, celery, and carrots. Chop celery and carrots and place them back in pot. Add your navy beans and cook another 2-3 hours or until the soup thickens up.
