How to cook pasta alla pistacchiosa
Ingredients for 3 persons
• 300 g of penne rigate pasta (or any other preferred pasta type)
• 100 g of pistachio
• 1 small onion
• 150 ml of fresh cream
• 50 g of pancetta (little cubes of smoked pork from the belly)
• 50 g of butter
• salt
This is a very rich dish with a creamy pistachio sauce, enriched with fine smoked pork meat. It will meat any non-vegan taste. The preparation is exteremly simple and fast, and the cost is rather low. All you need is the right high quality ingredients.
