Much like our Korean co-creator mentioned about chasing away Monday Blues. Being in HK, I also chased away my Monday blues with a yummy meal in the local Japanese Italian styled family restaurant.
I decided to try the Japanese “ONSEN TAMAGO” hot spring egg doria with Bolognese sauce. Essentially this yummy dish was a Japanese infused rice with a meat based Bolognese.
