How to Make ASPARAGUS RISOTTO | Italian Recipe | (SO EASY)
Making asparagus risotto is easier than you may think. Just make sure to make it with love and the right kind of rice. Follow my video for a creamy and delicious result.
RECIPE for asparagus risotto (4 people):
300 g rice (arborio or carnaroli) (1 cup + 1/2 cup)
1.5 liters of water (6 cups + 1/3 cup)
400 g asparagus (0.88 pounds)
1/2 onion
30 g butter (3 tbsp)
30 g grated cheese (3 tbsp)
80 ml white wine (or water or broth)
1 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper
