Della Casa winery is located in Novali among the rolling hills of the Collio Cormonese, in an oasis of beauty, rich in biodiversity. Its mission is to enhance the Collio territory as an Italian wine excellence in the world. For this reason it has chosen to exclusively produce blends of indigenous varieties that fully express the soul of Collio. The attention to sustainability and environmental impact begins in the vineyard, where all our grapes are grown always preferring natural remedies, and continues in the cellar, in the vinification and up to the realization of the final product. The conservation of large wooded areas around the vineyards and the bees of our apiary collaborate in maintaining a sustainable balance over time.
