Ingredients:
1 Lb – 1/2 lb Lasagna Noodles (1 to 1.5 Boxes)

2 lbs of Sweet Italian Sausage
2 lbs of Ground Beef (80/20 or 85/15)
1 Large Onion – Chopped
6-8 Cloves Garlic – minced
1 Cup Red Wine
2 TBSP Sugar
2 tsp Fennel Seeds
2 TBSP Italian Seasoning
2 TBSP Dried Basil
2 Small Cans Tomato Paste
2 Large (28 oz) Cans of Crushed Tomatoes
1 Large (28 oz) Can of Tomato Sauce
Kosher Salt
Coarsely Ground Black Pepper

Filling:
2 lbs (32 oz) of Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
2 Eggs
Palm Full of Chopped Flat Leaf Parsley
1/2 Cup of Parsley for Garnish
Salt & Pepper

2 – 16 oz Pieces/logs of Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese
2-3 Cups Freshly Grated Parmesan (or Parm/Reggiano) Cheese
