Sausage and peppers is a great combo. They can easily enhance the flavours of any dish. In this recipe, I paired them up with some egg noodles, which are extremely versatile. These noodles are less doughy as compared to regular pasta and pair well with all kinds of flavours.

Ingredients:
1 lb packet egg noodles
2 lb hot italian sausage
2 tsp oil
1 large onion
2 red bell peppers
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup white wine (or apple cider viengar)
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 tsp italian seasoning
parmesan cheese
fresh parsley
salt & pepper
Steps:
1. Add oil to skillet over medium heat.
2. Add sausage. Break into smaller chunks.
3. Cook until sausage is no longer pink.
4. Add onion, peppers and garlic.
5. Saute until vegetables are tender.
6. Add wine and tomato sauce.
7. Mix well and bring sauce to a boil.
8. Add italian seasoning, salt & pepper.
9. Top with parmesan cheese and parsley.
10. Serve with extra cheese and herbs.
