Ingredients are listed below for the Dressing and the Salad.
Italian Dressing
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tsp. Dried Parsley Flakes
1 Tsp. Dried Basil Leaves
1/2 Tsp. Dried Oregano Leaves
1/4 Tsp. Dried Crushed Red Pepper
1/4 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Salt
2 Cloves Fresh Garlic Minced
I Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Tsp. Yellow or Dijon Mustard

Cabbage Salad
2 Cups Chopped or Shredded Cabbage
1 Grated Carrot
1/2 Tomato Diced
2 to 3 Green Onions Thinly Sliced
1/2 2.25 oz. Can of Sliced Black Olives
Cheese for Topping, I prefer a Blend of Italian Cheeses
