500g ossobuco cut meat veal or beef

100g carrot = cut into cubes

20g garlic finely chop.

200g tomato sauce or 100g tomato paste
150ml of red wine.
500ml of beef stalk ( broth)
risotto milanese
3 persons
240g risotto rice
150ml white
1pc onion finely chop
50g butter
100g grated parmesan cheese.
zaffron
gremolata
chop parsley
garlic
lemon zest
olive oil
salt & pepper to taste.
