Fish curry:
Ingredients
Fish ½ kg
Oil ½ kg
Onion 2-3
Garlic 2tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Cumin 2tbsp
Salt 1tsp
Red chili 1tbsp
Coriander powder 1-1/2 tbsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Partahay

Fish ko dahi namak or bhony kutty zeery may half hour k lye merinate kr dain…masala tayar krny k lye pyaz or lahsan ko grind kr k oil may dal kr achi tarha bhon lain .jab pyaz halki gulabi ho jaye ismy tamam masala dal kr achi tarha bhon lain .jab masala bhun jaye machli ky qatly ispy bicha dain or 5 sy 10 mints pakany k bad halki anch pr dam pr rkh dain 2 sy 3 minutes machli tayar hy serving k lye.
Kachori:
Ingredients
Oil fry krny k lye
Maida ……2 cup
Ghee………..half cup
Namak……..1 tea sp
(Masla filling k lye)
Nuggets
Zeera ………. ..5 tb sp
Kutti lal mirch..1 tb sp
Namak…………..1/2 tea sp

Maidy ko ghee or namak dal kr gundh lain or adhy ghanty k lye rest dain.ab deep fry krny k lye pan may oil ko garm kr lain .maidy ki choti balls lain un my bhuna kuta zeera mirch or namak k masala bna kr filling kren or kachori ki shakl dain or halki anch pr fry kr lain.
