Hi everyone!! Let’s get in my kitchen and make Keto Friendly Meatballs. I’ll be having them over butternut squash spirals and my husband will be having keto Meatball grinders. I want to show you how to make a keto and semi keto dinners. This is a way to make keto friendly dinner that you can share with your family and add the non keto foods for those who are not on the keto diet. I hope you enjoy this recipe!! Love Tina
Keto Meatballs
1-1/2 ground beef
3 cloves garlic
1tbsp fresh rosemary
1/2 onion
4 eggs per pound
Salt and pepper
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Mix all ingredients and out into a pan sprayed baking dish on 350 degrees for about 40 minutes
Put into simmering tomato sauce for about 20 minutes for the flavors to incorporate
Out over spaghetti squash for keto
Into a roll for non keto.
