Tasting good biological wine inside a shelter, close to a cave and the wood is a worthwhile experience. We’ll reach some of the most important craters of Etna. We’ll go through wood, recent lava flows e old ones. We’ll cross the wood of Monte Vetore, looking at the pines, the broom and other local plants as the astragalus. We’ll reach the lava river of the eruption of 1985, we’ll visit a cave which was formed during an eruption. Afterwards, we’ll stop in a shelter in order to have a food-tasting of local products and wines of Etna. During the winter time we could enjoy the atmosphere of the chimney.
