Ingredients:
Olive oil ( up to your liking)
3 Shallots
1 Large Onions
4 cloves Garlic
1 Large Fennel bulb (thinly sliced)
Salt (up to your liking)
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 can diced tomato (28 ounce)
1 cup red wine
5 cups of fish stock
8 Oz Milk
2 bay leaf
Red pepper flakes (up to your liking)
2.5 lbs of seafood mix (scallops, mussels, squids, shrimps, fish )
