After so many years of always buying them, I finally got down to business and made my own Italian Almond Paste cookies!! The recipe was surprisingly simple, and that was what really spurred me to try it. Despite my prediction, no, this was not a ‘short’ video. What can I say? I’m prepping for my run at the big times, LOL
