Vegan Meat Sauce Ingredients: (Servings: 4)
1 tsp Oil
1 tbsp Garlic, minced or chopped very fine
1 cup Onion, finely chopped
1 cup Mushrooms, crushed or finely chopped
1 cup Celery, crushed
3 cups tomato, pureed
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Paprika or as per taste
1 tsp Red pepper flakes
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Dry Italian herbs
1 cup Boiled Pinto beans or choice of you beans, lentils
For Lasagna:
6 sheets of lasagna
1 tsp oil to grease the baking tray
prepared tomato sauce
vegetables like onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, olive to top
1 cup spinach if desired
4 cups cheese or as per preference
